I think I know what I have to d regarding upload filetypes :) .You woudnt have said it if you were aware of Image verification crack that crackers are using these days.So due to security reasons I havent enabled it.

you need to fix your "upload filetypes" (user profile avatar+photograph are not allowed most common filetypes)!
